The purpose of this document is to define the methods according to which Tessitura Attilio Bottinelli S.r.l. makes available to Internet users its www.tessiturabottinelli.com Website and the conditions under which such users may use it. Tessitura Attilio Bottinelli S.r.l. reserves the right to modify or update them at any time. Access to and use of the Site specified above shall be subject to compliance with this document.

In general, the user can visit our site without having to communicate his identity, and without having to provide information of a personal nature. Direct and on-customer marketing: sending, with automated contact methods (email and instant messaging) and traditional (telephone calls with operator and ordinary mail), advertising material, newsletters, promotional and commercial communications related to products and/or events and/or training courses in relation, as well as the carrying out of market studies and statistical analysis and survey of the degree of customer satisfaction;

Type of data: personal data and contact details (email address, landline and mobile phone) and data relating to the company to which they belong;

Legal basis: consent (required) optional and revocable at any time;

Retention period: Until consent for this purpose has been revoked and/or 3 years have elapsed since the consent was given. Art. 6 co. 1 lett. a) GDPR.

*In case of marketing on existing customers: sending communications relating to products/services contracted and/or products/services similar to those already contracted (neswletter, webinar, events, training activities) Legal basis: legitimate interest Art. 6 co 1 lett. f) GDPR. ; Storage period: Until the withdrawal of consent for this purpose and/ or 3 years after the expression of consent.

Collection and publication of content: Publications on social media, newspapers, magazines and websites of images, videos, reviews, ratings and other content that the interested party may freely decide to share with the Co-data Processors, as well as any other means of communication used (as required by the individual consents from time to time requested);

Type of data: Personal data, images, sounds, companies, role and professional experience, nickname, profile of social networks;

Assistance on products and services: Provision of technical assistance;

Type of data: personal data, contact data, personal data according to the product/service contracted;

Treatment duration: three years from the last iteration

 

Art. 5: Recipients of personal data


The data may be communicated and processed by external parties operating as independent owners pursuant to art. 4 and 24 GDPR such as, by way of example, authorities and supervisory and control bodies and in general subjects, public or private, entitled to request data and/or to persons acting as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR), such as, but not limited to, consultancy firms and/or professional firms and/or professionals, such as legal, tax and insurance companies. The data may also be communicated to our business partners/concessionaires for the performance of activities related to the execution of the contract or for the performance – by the same – of commercial actions, subject to your express consent. The data will not be disseminated. The Data Processor and, as Data Processor, the staff of Tessitura Attilio Bottinelli S.r.l., will be able to become aware of your data.

The data are not transferred to other companies, even outside the European Union.

You can contact the Privacy Service at the Data Controller to verify your data and make them integrate, update or rectify and/ or to exercise the other rights provided by the data processing regulation.
